The office

What the office stands on

Buildings and infrastructure, drawn by the same team in Quetta.

How we work

One office, both sides of the work

Most offices pick a side. A building practice draws houses and offices, and a civil consultancy does roads and water. EVAC does both, with the same team, out of the same office in Quetta.

That matters on a public sector job, where a school needs an access road and a water connection before anyone can use it. Nothing gets handed across an office boundary and lost.

Drawings

The drawing is the promise

A drawing that is easy to read is a drawing a contractor can build from. We would rather spend the extra week on the working drawings than argue about them on site six months later.

Every job leaves with a set that says what it is, what it is made of, and how the parts meet.

The region

Built for Balochistan

Quetta sits at about 1,600 metres, in a seismic zone, with long dry summers and cold winters. A design copied from somewhere else does not survive here.

We plan for shade, for water that has to be carried a long way, and for a construction industry that works with what is actually available in the province.

Send a location, a rough brief, and whatever drawings you already have. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right office for it.
